What is the meaning of "Based on the information you have provided, you are unlikely to qualify for either an Employment Pass (EP) or an S Pass."

the meaning is ....you are so stupid to get EP or Spass. :)

ဒီမွာ Eng သင္တန္း ( ပညာဒါနဘဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္..လခနဲ႕ဘဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္ပါ) ရိွရင္တက္ခ်င္ပါတယ္..သိတဲ႕လူမ်ားရိွရင္ေျပာျပေပးပါ.
Basic Level ေတာ႕ရပါတယ္... Sing ေရာ Eng ပါ ႏွစ္မ်ိဴးလံုး အားနည္းေနလို႕ပါ.

@ Bi Kare,
Self-learning is good but it takes time and you need self-motivation.
One of the easier ways is to attend the class and learn from a qualified teacher, if possible, a native speaker.
You can try at British council classes for adult learners

sembawang ဘုန္းၾကီးေက်ာင္းမွာ ပညာဒါနသင္တန္းေတြရွိပါတယ္။ City Hall က 7 လႊာမွာလဲရွိပါတယ္။ အလႉေငြေတာ့ထည့္ရပါတယ္။ လိပ္စာက #07-21, Peninsula Plaza ပါ။ ဖံုးနံပါတ္က ၉၀၉၈ ၀၀၅၇ ပါ။ ကြၽန္ေတာ္လဲျပန္တက္ဖို႕ၾကိဳးစားေနပါတယ္။ ကြၽန္ေတာ့ရဲ့ language ပိုင္းကညံ့ေနေသးလို႕ပါ။ အဆင္ေျပပါေစ။
