ရခိုင္ ငပိခ်က္ ခ်က္စားခ်င္တယ္
နာမည္သာ ၾကားဖူးတယ္ ဘယ္လို ခ်က္ရမွန္းမသိလို႕ သိတဲ့လူေျဖေပးပါလားဗ်ာ။
Ya Khaing Nga pi check nee

(1) nga yoke thi sein ko pyoke par ....pi yin pyoke p thar nga yoke ti ko nyat nay aung chake par ( htaung tar ko pyaw tar par )
(2) fish ko lae` pyoke par p yin ...a thar myar ko htwin htar par ...
(3)ma kyi thi sein (or) ma kyi thi sein kyte yar ko use par but ...ma kyi thi sein ko use mal so yin tot water nae` pyoke ya par mal...p yin tot chae par...
(4)a htet par all lone ko yaw p tot ...nga pi nae nae ..sar nae` nae` ...lo tha lout htet` par ...p yin water ko htet par ...all lone p yin mee poe paw tin p check par suu lar par ka ..sar thone lo ya par p...

A little difficult to translate (because I am very very weak in Manglish) but it is very easy to cook and I will try it in this evening. But still want to know, what kind of "nga pi" should I use?
Smart Zone ၏ Ya Khaing Nga pi check nee(ရခုိင္ငါးပိခ်က္နည္း) အားဘာသာျပန္ဆုိလုိက္ပါသည္။ မွားယြင္းမွုရွိက တစ္စံုတစ္ေယာက္ မွားမခ်က္မီ အခ်ိန္မီ အသိေပးပါ။

ရခုိင္ငါးပိခ်က္နည္း

၁) ငရုတ္သီးစိမ္းကုိျပဳတ္ပါ။ ပီးလွ်င္ ျပဳတ္ထားေသာ ငရုတ္သီးကုိ ညက္ေနေအာင္ႀကိတ္(ေထာင္း)ပါ။
၂) ငါးကုိျပဳတ္ပီး အသားႏႊင္ပါ။(အရုိးႏႊင္တယ္ေျပာလဲ တူတူပင္။) (မွတ္ခ်က္။ ။ ေရခ်ိဳငါးဆုိပုိေကာင္းသည္။ က်ေနာ္ေတာ့ ငါးခူ၊ ငါးရံ ့အႀကိဳက္ဆံုး)
၃) မန္ႀကီးသီး အစိမ္း (သုိ ့) အမွည့္၊ ႀကိဳက္နွစ္သက္ရာ ကုိေခ်ပါ။ မန္ႀကီးသီးစိမ္းသံုးပါက ဦးစြာ ေရပူနွင့္ျပဳတ္ပီးမွ ေခ်ပါ။
၄) အထက္ေဖာ္ျပပါ အဆင့္မ်ားပီးပါက အားလံုးေရား၍ ငါးပိအနည္းငယ္ ဆားအနည္းငယ္ နွင့္ ေရကုိ သင့္ေလ်ာ္သလုိထည္၍ မီးဖုိတြင္ တင္၍ခ်က္ပါ။ ဆူလာပါက ၿမိန္ရွက္စြာ စားသံုးနုိင္ပါပီ။


မွတ္ခ်က္။ ။ ငါးပိမွာ စိမ္းစားငါးပိျဖစ္ဟန္တူသည္။ ငါးပိက်ိဳခ်င္း အဆင့္မပါသျဖင့္ ငါးပိေရက်ိဳမဟုတ္ဟု ယူသည္။ ရခို္င္မ်ားမွာငါးပိေကာင္စားေလ့မရွိသျဖင့္ စိမ္းစားငါးပိပင္ျဖစ္ေျခမ်ားသည္။ အဓိက သတိထားရမည္မွာ... ရခုိင္ငါးပိမ်ားသည္ ဆားေပါ့ေသာေၾကာင့္ ဆားထပ္ထည့္ေစျခင္းျဖစ္သည္။ အသံုးျပဳေသာ ငါးပိ၏ဆားပါ၀င္မွု(ငံက်ိမွု)ေပၚမူတည္ကာ ဆားလုိမွထည့္ပါ။ ေရကေတာ့ မ်ားသြားလွ်င္ ၾကာၾကာတယ္ခ်င္းျဖင့္ အဆင္ေျပနုိင္သည္။ ရသကံုလံု စားၿမိန္စံု ျဖစ္ေစသား။

Anyone can tell me how to make To Fu? I know that it made with Pe moht (ah Sein) but when i tried, so much water comes out from To Fu everyday. How to avoid and what to do exactly.
No need to make yourself! Go and buy @ NTUC.

What kinda tofu you were referring exactly? The one I mentioning was Chinese Tofu...and I made it myself, don't tell me I have no idea about it... come on!

I mean Burmese To Fu..which was done nicely with Pe Moht (ah Sein) by many shops in SG.
